Shipping & Returns
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@kold.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply. Where available, these charges are displayed at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all included accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kold.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions.
Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective upon inspection.
Products warranty
Yes. All KOLD products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials under normal use.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. Once the product has been returned and inspected, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement product.
