Shipping policy


SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours from our warehouse in France, and shipped via our local carrier.

France : Standard Shipping 5€ - Estimated delivery 2 to 4 days
Europe : Standard Shipping 10€ - Estimated delivery 5 to 7 days
International : Standard Shipping 25€ - Estimated delivery 10 to 15 days

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over 179€ in Europe and UK

Taxes and duties may be collected at checkout depending on the shipping destination.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply.

Where available, these charges are displayed during checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.

KOLD cannot be held responsible for additional fees charged by local customs authorities.


TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


RETURNS

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Returned with all included accessories

  • In the same condition as received

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.


RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KOLD cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your payment provider, additional processing times may apply before funds appear in your account.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

The product must first be returned to our warehouse for inspection.

If the defect is confirmed, you may choose between:

  • A full refund

  • A free replacement product

KOLD will cover all shipping costs related to approved warranty claims.
